A friend of mine quoted something from this book on Facebook and since she's one I trust the opinion of, I grabbed a copy from the library. It's just a book of things we all know - the attitude we should have in different situations. How to not overreact, how to let stress slide off your shoulders.  Stuff we all know, but that it doesn't hurt to have a reminder of once in a while.

It's like a daily affirmations book. Positive stuff.
