Something Missing

This book was pretty original and fun to read. It's about an experienced (and neurotic) thief who goes about thieving in a whole new way. He takes on "clients" that only fit a certain criteria and then he keeps them for years. The whole success of his ventures is based an advanced set of rules and regulations that support the principal that what people don't know is missing, they will never report.

But through his thieving he begins to develop relationships for the "clients," and when he finds one of them in need, he finds himself breaking some of his tried and true rules to help them out - and gets a surprising satisfaction from it.

I really enjoyed this book. It was fun and light and entertaining. I loved reading about the character and how meticulous he was in his job. I definitely recommend it.
