I read this over Christmas. And it was a prefect vacation book. This is a bunch of short stories, all connected by a location, but each unique its own right. They are one chapter stories, but they aren't quick 20 page chapters - so don't think they are all super quick reads. I enjoy the author's writing. I think I've read something from her before? But I'm not sure. I think I'll look for others though.
